5. What are the delivery terms?
- We use DPD and BPost to deliver your product. We are not responsible if you gave us a wrong address. We are also not responsible if DPD and BPost are unable to deliver or gain access to the address you supplied.

6. How do I check the status of my order?
- When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@pood.dog with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

7. Change of Delivery Address:
- We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 1 day of placing your order at info@pood.dog  or Call us at +32485858228

8. Cancellations:
- We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@pood.dog with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

 9. Parcels Damaged In Transit:
- If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.

10. I ordered more than one item, will they all be delivered at the same time?
- We will try our best to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options may be used, depending on the product.

11. Item not received
- In the event that your order does not arrive within the 1-4 business transit days, please email us as soon as possible at info@pood.dog with your order and Track & Trace number.
